Support for the challenges you're facing.

You don’t need a diagnosis, a label, or even a clearly defined problem to come to therapy. Sometimes you just know that something isn’t sitting right. Therapy can be a space to slow down, get curious, make sense of what’s happening, and explore what you want for yourself next.

I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. My practice is particularly welcoming to people from the Global South, people from the SWANA region, and people with diverse sexual orientations and gender identities. I bring particular experience and interest in working with the complexities of navigating identity, culture, belonging, migration, relationships, and the different expectations of who we are supposed to be.

People come to therapy with many different experiences, including:

  • Anxiety, Worry, and Feeling Overwhelmed

  • Depression, Low Mood, and Feeling Stuck

  • Trauma and Difficult Life Experiences

  • Migration, Displacement, and Questions of Belonging

  • Sexuality, Gender, and Identity

  • Relationship and Attachment Difficulties

  • Life Transitions, Uncertainty, and Change

  • Self-Worth and Finding Your Sense of Self

  • Family, Cultural, and Social Expectations

  • The Tension Between Who You Are and Who You Feel You Are Expected to Be

You don’t have to arrive knowing exactly what you need. You can start with where you are.
