I’m Saja, a psychotherapist based in Palestine, working with people online across different parts of the world. I have over five years of experience working in private practice, providing psychotherapy online in both Arabic and English.
I came to psychotherapy through an interest in how our inner lives are shaped not only by our individual experiences, but also by our relationships, families, cultures, communities, and the wider worlds we live in. I believe that understanding ourselves requires making space for all of these layers.
As someone with roots in the Arab-speaking world and experience of living across different cultural contexts, I bring lived experience to my work with questions of identity, belonging, migration, and culture. My own experiences of moving between cultures and communities have shaped how I understand the complexities of belonging, identity, and finding a sense of self across different contexts.
I see therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert on your own life; my role is to bring curiosity, clinical knowledge, and a different perspective to help you make sense of your experiences and find ways forward.
